Business school hosts free cybersecurity presentation

A cybersecurity expert will share the latest best-practices and current trends to help keep your digital information out of the hands of criminals. 

The Meinders School of Business at 鶹ý City University will present “Managing Cybersecurity” at 4 p.m. Oct. 2. The presentation is free to the public in the Kerr McGee Auditorium of the business school at NW 27th Street and McKinley Avenue. Attendees are encouraged to RSVP in advance at .

The event will feature a keynote presentation by Paul Tucker, chief information security and privacy officer for BOK Financial. With more than two decades of experience in enterprise security, Tucker will discuss key insights and the latest trends in managing cybersecurity. He has contributed to initiatives with the FBI, U.S. Department of Human Services, Transportation Security Administration, and energy and financial companies.

Following the presentation, a networking reception will be held in the business school rotunda to provide an opportunity for students and professionals to connect and further discuss cybersecurity issues.

“Managing Cybersecurity” is the first event of the 2025-26 Meinders Speaker 鶹ý, which is designed to bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world business experience by connecting students and faculty with influential business leaders and distinguished alumni.
